R&D, Inc., doing business as TMP Cost Segregation ("TMP," "we," "us," or "our"), is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to our website at tmpcostseg.com (the "Site") and the clients and prospective clients who contact us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and what choices you have.

Please review this Privacy Policy, including the cookie and analytics choices in Section 6. This policy provides information about our practices; it does not, by itself, obtain your consent to the use of cookies.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

We collect personal information that you voluntarily submit to us through our website forms, including:

• Contact Form — your name, email address, phone number, and message content.
• Complimentary Benefit Analysis (CBA) Form — your name, property address, property purchase price, purchase date, owning entity name (LLC), preferred method of contact, phone number, email address, and how you found TMP.
• Consultation Booking — information submitted through our third-party scheduling service (Calendly).

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our Site, our hosting provider, Alentus, and Google Analytics may automatically receive technical information about your device and your use of the Site, including:

• IP address, which is received as part of web requests, and approximate geographic location
• Browser type and version
• Device type, operating system, and language settings
• Pages visited, engagement time, and interactions such as scrolling or link clicks, depending on the Analytics features enabled
• Referring URL (the page that linked you to our Site)
• Date and time of your visit
• Cookie-based identifiers used to distinguish browsers and visits

Our hosting provider maintains standard server logs. Separately, we use Google Analytics 4, a website measurement service provided by Google, to understand how visitors find and use the Site. Analytics information is transmitted to Google for processing and reporting. Cookie-based identifiers do not directly name you, but they can distinguish your browser over time and should not be treated as fully anonymous.

Google's handling of IP addresses and location information may vary by region and service settings. Details about Google's processing are available in the Google privacy resources linked below.

1.3 Information from Third-Party Services

Our Site uses the following third-party services that may process data on our behalf:

• Web3Forms — processes form submissions and delivers them to us via email. Web3Forms receives the data you enter in our contact and CBA forms. Please review Web3Forms' Privacy Policy.
• Calendly — processes consultation booking requests. Please review Calendly's Privacy Policy.
• Google Analytics — receives website usage information and cookie-based identifiers to provide analytics reports. Google's processing is governed by the applicable Google Analytics terms and Google's privacy policies. Please review Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

1.4 Google Analytics Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies on our Site to distinguish visitors and maintain information about their browsing sessions. These cookies support website measurement and help us understand traffic sources and improve the Site.

• _ga — stores an identifier used to distinguish visitors.
• _ga_<container-id> — stores information used to maintain session state. The suffix depends on the Analytics property.

Google lists a default expiration of two years for these cookies. Actual storage periods may be shorter because of browser restrictions or changes to cookie settings, and expiration may be renewed on subsequent visits. You can also delete cookies yourself. The Site currently loads Google Analytics when a page is opened and does not offer an on-site cookie-consent banner or preference center. Your available browser and Analytics opt-out choices are described in Section 6.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To respond to your inquiries, questions, and requests
• To prepare and deliver a complimentary cost segregation benefit analysis
• To schedule and conduct consultations
• To provide cost segregation study services and related professional services
• To send you information about tax law updates, bonus depreciation changes, or other matters relevant to your property — only if you have expressed interest
• To measure website traffic, understand how visitors find and interact with the Site, and improve its content and usability using Google Analytics reports
• To comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. How We Share Your Information

We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers — We share form and scheduling data with Web3Forms and Calendly to operate those features. Website usage information and cookie-based identifiers are shared with Google to provide Google Analytics measurement and reports, as described in Sections 1.2–1.4.
• Professional Advisors — In the course of providing cost segregation services, we may share relevant property information with licensed engineers, CPAs, or attorneys engaged to assist with your study, subject to confidentiality obligations.
• Legal Requirements — We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of TMP, our clients, or others.
• Business Transfers — In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, to provide services to you, and to comply with our legal and professional obligations. Form submission data delivered via Web3Forms is retained in our email systems in accordance with our standard email retention practices. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us as described in Section 10.

Google Analytics user-level and event-level data are subject to the retention settings configured in our Analytics property and Google's applicable retention rules. Standard aggregated reports are not subject to the same user-level and event-level retention controls and may remain available for longer. 5. Data Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Our Site is hosted on Alentus, a professional web hosting provider with industry-standard security practices. Form data is transmitted over HTTPS (encrypted) to Web3Forms.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:

• Access — the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correction — the right to request that we correct inaccurate information
• Deletion — the right to request that we delete your personal information, subject to our legal obligations
• Opt-Out of Communications — you may opt out of any marketing communications from us at any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any email or by contacting us directly

Cookie and Analytics Choices

You can use your browser settings to delete existing cookies or block future cookies, including first-party cookies used by Google Analytics. Blocking only third-party cookies may not block these first-party Analytics cookies. Deleting cookies does not delete information already transmitted to Google, and Analytics may still receive measurement information when cookies are blocked.

To prevent Google Analytics JavaScript from sharing information about your visits with Google Analytics in a supported browser, you can install Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. The add-on must be installed and able to run in each browser you use. It does not prevent our hosting provider from maintaining server logs or stop other services from receiving information you submit to them.

If you contact us about Analytics data, we may need additional information to identify records associated with your browser. We may not be able to associate a cookie-based identifier or an aggregated report with your name or email address.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it. If you believe we may have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

8. Links to Third-Party Sites

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites, including IRS.gov, Calendly, and other resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies before submitting any personal information.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. If applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a change in our data practices, we will address those requirements separately.
